Hi,
I was scammed by these guys back in october '08. I sent an email yesterday requesting refund and here's what they said:
Hi,
We are sorry but this order was purchased back in Oct, 2008. It is hard to believed that they have not been used and we stated very clear that all refunds or exchanges must be notified in 7 days after receiving the order. Besides, we only deal with 100% authentic products and we will be more than happy to see the proof you have that states our handbags are not authentic. We had been in business for years it will be hard to see us here if we are selling counterfeits.

http://amourfashion.eu/This is a counterfeit selling website period. There are tons of counterfeit websites who sell this way over the internet. None of the licensed designer brands or rightful brand owners themselves sell their authentic bags this way in volume by claiming to wholesale by saying they can drop ship to customers. Only the counterfeit websites who deceive uneducated buyers are able to get away with selling their fakes as authentic, selling their counterfeits this way, due to the lack of knowledge their buyers possess, and the buyers who they're selling to do not know how the market of purchasing authentic designer brands operates.
You can also contact Gucci VERO and explain your situation to them to help you get this issue resolved.
Pursegirl will be more than happy to assist you with this matter and can give you the Gucci email info to help assist you in trying to get your money refunded.
I would definitely contact Gucci to let them know how this website has conned and scammed you into believing they sell authentic Gucci merchandise and pretending to be purchasing authentic Gucci from Italy.
