HELP I'M FALLING........... in love with a new handbag company (at least it's new to me).

Ok I need a little help. I've fallin in love with 49 square miles handbags. Here is my problem: I'm selling off most of my dooney & bourke collection to afford to pay for these new handbags 16sad.gif I get really bored with certain handbag styles after awhile so I sell them on ebay. I've found a little bit of success selling my handbags on ebay when I'm done with them. My concern is that there aren't enough people that know about 49 sq mi handbags to sell them when I'm done with them on ebay. So here are my questions:

1. Has any one else heard of 49 sq mi?
2. Does any else own any 49 sq mi?
3. Should I stick with collecting dooney & bourke because of better resale value?
4. When selling a 49 sq mi bag should I give a copy of the store receipt or the original receipt?
5. should I yell at my husband for not letting me fully take over his closet so I can keep all my bags? LOL

Thanks for your help 68wub.gif

I've never heard of them, but I don't follow current styles. Are there any for sale on Ebay, and what kind of prices do they sell for compared to the original retail prices?

Here is there website: http://www.49sqmi.com/

The two I've seen on ebay where:
Flirt- Green leather- retail 395.00 ebay sold 449.00
Back stabber- dove Grey retail 595.00 ebay sold 610.00

Both had to be listed twice before they sold. I've got the flirt in three colors, Big mouth in green, & clingy in green

I REALLY like their styles a lot. The leather looks nice and the design fairly classic in a cool & hip sort of way. I like!!! :--)

Their leather is so soft and buttery. I like to use them as pillows when at the airport. They are so far worth every penny! They are the type of bag that get even better with age and use. 46thumbsup.gif

I've been looking at handmade leather bags on etsy.com and am amazed and impressed by what I find. Some of these sellers have wonderful designs AND the leather they used is TDF.

The merlot color is amazing. It's so rich and it goes with everything. I've got the flirt in merlot and use that bag the most.
